My journey into jewellery making began when illness invited me to slow down and find comfort in creating. Today, through Sarah Munnings Jewellery, I share that gentle practice in welcoming silversmithing and enamelling workshops. Drawing on my own experience of autism and ADHD, I make space for different ways of learning. My workshops offer a safe place to explore, make mistakes and create without fear, where curiosity matters more than perfection and everyone can discover the quiet joy of making.
