
Week 1 review
This week has been all about getting connected (or reconnected) with nature!
If you think about it, we are nature and we rely on the natural world to sustain us in every single area of our lives. From the air we breathe, the foods we eat, the clothes we wear and the shelter our homes provide.
A return to a more natural state of living has too many benefits to list, so its time to make the most of our times here and dive right in to soaking up all the goodness nature has to offer!
