Whole foods + happiness is a slow living + wellbeing course designed to transform your health and habits over three short weeks. You will learn how to meet your day with more gratitude and purpose and break free from negative habitual thought patterns that are holding you back.

By the end of this course you will get excited about vibrant whole foods and how they can serve as medicine for your body and mind! You’ll learn how to how to  support your bodies innate healing mechanisms through gentle movement and how to organise your thoughts for a calmer, happier more vibrant life!

The course.

Health and happiness are never linear because the world and our lives are continuously changing, however we can set ourselves up with a strong foundation and toolset to help bring us ‘home’ and get us back on track when we need to feel more grounded and happy.

A must for you to reap the benefits of this course are commitment and self discipline. I’m here to give you the tools and knowledge to build a healthy and connected lifestyle, and your job is to give yourself the gift of consistency in order to thrive.

Week 1. Take the confusion out of nutrition and enrich your diet with vibrant whole foods that support your body and your brain! (You’ll get inspired with our mini recipe book that includes 20 whole food recipes plus 48 whole food meals for inspiration along with linked recipes and meal planning tips. Thats a total of 68 vibrant whole food meals to get you motivated and inspired to add more whole foods into your life!).

Week 2. Prioritise your health and happiness by learning simple proven methods of calming your nervous system and filtering out the stress response as well as actively pursuing health and happiness goals every single day. We are turning ‘some day’ into today and we’re taking steps to create the life we really want and ticking off that bucket list. (I'll be sharing with you the simple 'to do list' that changed my life!)

Week 3. Learn how to  support your bodies innate healing mechanisms through gentle daily movements designed to improve digestion, increase flexibility, support recovery and vitality. (these 10 minute sessions are perfect for busy humans)!

I’m Jane.

I am a mother, wife, writer, 200 hour yoga teacher trainer and BIG believer that we are in charge of creating our own happiness. We all have 24 hours in a day and it’s up to us to decide how and where we invest our time including the physical, emotional and mental routines we undertake each day.

For the past 12 or so years I've been on a journey to understand how I can best look after my body and mind and prioritise my time for a life well lived. One that I was happy with at the end of the day. I wanted to know how thrive instead of just survive and I wanted to know how to make like feel magic.

I learned that the answer resides in 3 separate pillars. How I fuel my body. How I organise my thoughts,(and actions) and how I move my body.

And while we all face challenges depending on what the world throws our way, I’ve found that committing to what I teach in this course has helped me grow into a much more resilient, calm and overall happy human!
