The benefits of gardening are plentiful. I mean, how couldn't they be?
Getting up and moving your body away from your t.v or laptop or phone. Stepping outside, expanding your lungs and inhaling fresh air with sunshine permeating your being.
In week 1 we are getting outside, reconnecting with nature and taking steps to grow our own food, flowers or medicine. We’ll learn how to create super healthy soil, how to set up a no dig garden bed and ways to nurture our seedlings as well as propagate plants to to help save $$!

Did you ever consider that the foods we eat could also be used as medicine to heal our body? Each meal has the ability to help or hinder every dynamic process within our body.
In this module we will reconnect with the most natural foods to fuel your body and mind!
At the end of this week you will feel confident in making the right food choices for yourself and your family and feel empowered to create balanced, vibrant and nourishing meals that work to energise and heal your body.

I’m Jane, a mother, wife, writer, 200 hour yoga teacher trainer and BIG believer that we are in charge of creating our own happiness. We all have 24 hours in a day and it’s up to us to decide how and where we invest our time including the physical, emotional and mental routines we undertake each day.
For the past 12 or so years I've been on a journey to understand how I can best look after my body and mind and prioritise my time for a life well lived.
I’ve learned that the answer resides in slowing down, reconnecting with nature, nourishing our bodies and setting goals to actively pursue joy.
And while we all face challenges depending on what the world throws our way, I’ve found that committing to what I teach in this course has helped me grow into a much more resilient, calm and overall happy human!
